Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice (“no-call, no-show”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
